TJ Crawford
Founder and Lead Software Engineer Consultant
TJ Crawford is the founder of Crawford Technical Consulting (CTC). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Georgia Tech and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
With a passion for leveraging technology to solve real-world problems, TJ founded CTC to help both small and large businesses bridge the technical gap.
By combining deep technical expertise with a collaborative approach, TJ works closely with clients to deliver solutions that drive growth, innovation, and long-term success.

Haden Crawford
Lead Software Engineer Consultant
Haden Crawford is a core member of the CTC team and the brother of founder TJ Crawford. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Georgia and brings a strong background in Machine Learning and software engineering.
Haden plays a key role in helping CTC deliver efficient, high-quality software solutions—combining engineering precision with a passion for innovation. His experience with ML frameworks and rapid development cycles allows us to build and deploy smarter systems, faster.
As part of our family-owned team, Haden is committed to creating impact through technology that’s thoughtful, scalable, and effective.

Makilah Crawford
Lead Digital Contant and Social Media Consultant
Makilah Crawford is a key member of the CTC team and the wife of founder TJ Crawford. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education, but her creative talents extend far beyond the classroom.
As the voice behind the Christian women empowerment platform “Makilah Inspires,” she has grown an engaged audience of nearly 20,000 on TikTok and 2,000 followers on Instagram.
At CTC, Makilah leads our efforts in digital design and content creation, helping clients elevate their presence both on the web and across social media. Her ability to combine authentic storytelling with design strategy ensures our clients’ platforms are not only beautiful—but impactful.

Vicki Crawford
Lead Project Management Consultant
Vicki Crawford brings over 20 years of project management experience to CTC and plays a vital role in keeping our projects aligned, on time, and client-focused. She is the mother of TJ and Haden Crawford and a seasoned leader in both engineering and business.
Vicki holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University and an MBA from Roosevelt University. Her passion for effective execution led her to specialize in project management, earning both her PMP (Project Management Professional) and Scrum Product Owner (SPOC) certifications.
Having led initiatives for over 20 different clients across industries, Vicki brings structure, clarity, and strategy to every engagement—making her an essential part of the success behind CTC’s technical solutions.
